Effective dates, sources and verification

Which rate applies on a date, where the rates come from and what "checked" means.

The rate in force today

Each rate list applies from a date, and sometimes until a date. Pages show the rates in force today; a rate whose period has ended, or has not started, is not shown as current.

Source and verification

Each record can name its notification, the official page or document it comes from and the date it was last checked. A record is marked "Checked against the official source" only when it has an official https source and a check date; a record uploaded without them is shown as not verified.

If you find a rate that differs from the official list, please tell us through the enquiry form with the details of the notification.
