Before you pay for a plot, house or flat, have its documents read by someone who is not selling it. You upload what the seller gave you; a reviewer checks the details against each other and against records we can cite, and you get a written report of what matched, what did not and what is missing.
Three kinds of check, always labelled
- Automated check
- Done by the system against data recorded on Finobazaar. No person has looked at the documents for this line.
- Manual document review
- A Finobazaar reviewer read the documents you provided. This is not a check with the government office.
- Checked against an official record
- The reviewer compared the details with an official record named in the line, on the date shown. It is not a certified copy or a certificate.

How it works
- Choose a plan and tell us about the property: its kind, place, and the khasra, khata, plot or registry numbers you have.
- Upload the documents you have (PDF, JPG or PNG). They stay private: only you and the reviewer can open them.
- A reviewer works through the checks, and asks you if something is missing. You follow every step on your requests page.
- You receive a report: each check, what was found, the source and date of any record used, what is missing, and what to do next.
What a Finobazaar report is not
- It is not a legal title opinion, a certified copy of a record, or a government certificate.
- It never says a property is "safe", "free of disputes" or has a "clear title". It says which details were reviewed, where a discrepancy may exist, and what needs further verification.
- It covers only the documents you provide and the checks of your plan. Have the title examined by a qualified property lawyer before you pay.
