What happens after I send an enquiry?

It is saved with a reference number and a member of the Finobazaar team contacts you the way you chose. If you signed in, you can see its status on the "My enquiries" page.

What do you do with my details?

They are used only to answer your enquiry and are seen by the team handling it. They are not passed to a lender or card issuer unless you agree to that, and they are removed after the enquiry is closed and the retention period has passed.

Do I need to send my credit report or bank statements?

No. Never send passwords, OTPs, card numbers, bank statements or your credit bureau login. If a document is needed later, a lender will ask for it through its own process.
