Price per unit = total price ÷ area, shown for each unit. Plot cost = rate × area, after the area is converted into the unit the rate is quoted in. Both use the same unit sizes as the land unit converter.
Divide the rate per gaj by 9, because one gaj is 9 square feet. For a rate per square metre, divide by about 10.764 to get the rate per square foot. The calculator does this for you in every unit.
