Four kinds of price information, never mixed

Asking prices
What active Finobazaar listings ask — range and median, shown only with enough listings. Not sale prices.
Observed indicators
A median price per unit, only when enough comparable listings agree closely enough; or figures from registered sales or reports imported with their source.
Government DLC rates
Records notified by the government, shown as published with their notification and effective date. Not market prices.
Trends
Monthly summaries compared over time, only when enough months have enough data.

Where a figure would rest on too little data, the page says "Insufficient data" instead. Nothing here is a valuation or a guarantee of price.

Frequently asked questions

How are these property rates worked out?

From the asking prices in active Finobazaar listings for the place. Possible duplicates, listings under review after reports, listings an editor kept out and prices far from comparable ones are set aside. The page then shows the median and the middle half of the remaining prices, per unit of area. A single indicator appears only when enough listings agree.

Are these the government DLC rates?

A DLC (circle) rate is the minimum value the state fixes for stamp duty. Asking prices are what sellers want and can be higher or lower. The two are shown separately and never mixed. For the DLC value of a property, use the DLC value calculator.
