Loan from the property value and loan-to-value you expect, EMI, and whether the expected rent covers the EMI.
Loan from the value
Enter the property value and the loan-to-value you expect; lenders decide their own limit for shops, offices and other commercial property, so use the figure in the offer if you have one. The calculator shows the loan, your own contribution, the EMI and the total interest.
Loan = value × loan-to-value; EMI on a reducing balance
Does the rent cover the EMI?
If the property will be let out, enter the expected monthly rent to see what share of the EMI it covers and how much you add each month. The comparison uses the rent before tax, maintenance, property tax and months without a tenant, so the money left over will be lower.
Results are worked out from the numbers you enter and are for planning only. They are not an offer, an approval or financial advice. Finobazaar does not assume any lender's rate or rules; the lender's loan agreement and its key fact statement decide the actual EMI and charges.
