Instalments every month, quarter, six months or year — or one payment after harvest — with any interest relief you expect.
Repayment that follows the harvest
Farm loans are often repaid in instalments every six months or once a year, or in one payment after the harvest. Choose the repayment that matches your loan; the tenure must be a whole number of instalment periods.
One payment at the end: loan + loan × rate × years (simple interest)
Interest relief
Some farm loans carry interest relief, for example a government interest subvention or an incentive for repaying on time. Finobazaar does not assume any: enter the relief only if it applies to your loan, as a percentage a year. The calculator shows the result with and without it.
Limits
- Penal interest on late payment is not included.
- If unpaid interest is added to the loan each year, the cost is higher than simple interest.
- Confirm the terms with your bank or cooperative society.
Results are worked out from the numbers you enter and are for planning only. They are not an offer, an approval or financial advice. Finobazaar does not assume any lender's rate or rules; the lender's loan agreement and its key fact statement decide the actual EMI and charges.
